When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (unless Paddle states otherwise during cancellation). Access to the Reviport web app ends when that period expires.
What happens after access ends #
- You won’t be able to access portfolio dashboards or calculations unless you resubscribe.
- Your account and portfolio data are generally retained while your account is active.
- If you do not have an active subscription and you do not log in for at least 12 months, Reviport may delete your account and associated data from live systems (with reasonable prior notice where practicable).
If you want your data deleted sooner, you can request account deletion at any time.
