Refund policy

Overview #

If you make your first paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the start of that first paid billing period.

This is a voluntary refund policy provided by Reviport, in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

When the 14-day period starts: it starts on the date your first paid billing cycle begins (not the trial start date).

How to request a refund #

You can request a refund by either method:

  • Email us from the same email address associated with your account
  • Use any refund option available through the Paddle billing portal (if shown for your region)

Important notes #

  • This policy applies to your first paid subscription purchase only.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the start of that first paid billing period.
  • Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse (for example, repeated refund requests across multiple accounts), to the extent permitted by law.
  • Except where required by law or covered by the voluntary 14-day policy above, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Reviport does not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
